PLANNING YOUR COMMISSION

Common client questions.

Which areas do you cover?+

We support projects in Manchester, Leeds, the North West and Yorkshire, alongside commissions across the UK. Site attendance and travel requirements are agreed for each appointment.

Can you assess an existing building?+

Yes. Condition surveys, technical due diligence and feasibility studies can help establish what can be retained, what requires replacement and what further investigations are needed.

What information is needed for a fee proposal?+

Please send the project address, building use, available drawings, required services, design stage and programme. Any existing surveys, performance requirements or contractor scope will also help define the appointment.

Do you provide electrical design?+

Electrical design is delivered with established partners. The appointment identifies the discipline responsibilities, deliverables and coordination arrangements.

Can you support construction and handover?+

Construction-stage technical reviews and client-side handover support can form part of the agreed scope, including commissioning oversight, witnessing and verification, snagging, operation and maintenance information reviews, and project close-out.

LET’S TALK ABOUT YOUR PROJECT

Good projects start
with a conversation.

A new commission, an existing building or a performance challenge. Tell us the building location, project type, current stage and intended programme. We can then discuss the scope and information needed for a fee proposal.
